We give you the copyrights to all media delivered to you in the final project media package, meaning you own it. you can use it however you like, whenever you like.
We retain an unrestricted, irrevocable perpetual licence to use the media for our marketing, website etc.
each contract is differs slightly due to the nature of the shoot, requirements and the media produced but the principle is the same.

Because you own the copyright to the media, you don’t need our permission to use it in full or in part, edit it or change it.
You also don’t need to credit us as the media creators - We love it when you do, but there’s no expectation from us and, more importantly, no legal reason to.

many media creators charge licence fees for use of the content, meaning if you have featured media they’re captured on your socials, website or marketing, you could be charged monthly or annually for the privilege. alternatively they might charge you a subscription fee to use the media in a number of places.

Yes—we’re fully certified by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) and hold commercial drone operating permissions. We’re insured, compliant, and very good at avoiding restricted airspace (and awkward conversations with airport authorities).

In many cases, yes. It depends on local regulations, safety assessments, and airspace permissions. We’ll handle all the planning, risk assessments, and paperwork needed to fly legally and safely, so you don’t have to.

Every project is tailored, but most shoots include pre-flight planning, 4K drone footage, high-resolution aerial photography, and basic post-production. Unfortunately, drones aren’t big fans of high wind, rain, or fog, and as much as we’d love to, we can’t control the weather (we’ve tried). If the forecast isn’t on our side, we’ll reschedule your shoot at no extra cost. Safety and quality always come first.

You do. The media we deliver to you is your, with full copyright ownership, so you can use it wherever and however you like. We retain a perpetual licence to feature the work in our portfolio, but the rights are yours.

Most shoots take between 2 to 5 hours, depending on the size of the site, complexity of the shots, and weather conditions. We’ll plan everything in advance so flight time is efficient, legal, and delivers exactly what you need.
