Our equipment will automatically scan the property’s dimensions, room by room, using advanced LiDAR technology to ensure it not only captures laser accurate measurements, but also the 3D data of each surface.

The system we use utilises a high definition camera, mounted on an automated 360 degree tripod, allowing it to capture incredibly detailed, comprehensive photography of the property.

Using the same HDR photography taken by the high definition camera, the system will create a tour video that gives buyers feeling of walking through the property.

We know blue skies are relatively rare in London, but with our blue sky editing we can transform the grey, overcast and cloudy skies on the city into bright, summers days.

Capturing accurate measurements and building scaled floorplans that accurately portray the dimensions of a space can be hard work and time intensive, but we can create precise floorplans, perfectly to scale.
